We believe in an individualized approach to training our clients, therefore we keep our trainer to client ratios small and our training groups comprised of those with similar goals.  Our programs run year round offering 2, 3, or 4 days per week training packages. All of our clients undergo a free assessment prior to joining the program so that our trainers can gauge where you are and put together a comprehensive program that is specific to your needs and just right for you.

PACIFIC ELITE SPORTS FITNESS CENTER was founded by NFL players and brothers, Chris and Ma’ake Kemoeatu. The brothers, who grew up in Kahuku, Hawaii, and have three Super Bowl championships between them, have dedicated their lives to helping others seeking to maximize their athletic potential.  The Super Bowl champs pooled their combined resources and experience to create Pacific Elite Sports Fitness Center Fueled by Power Train.

NFL Combine Training

The NFL Combine is an opportunity for you to prove to team owners, general managers, player personnel and coaches how physically and mentally prepared you are to play in the NFL. With so much at stake, combine training and preparation is vital to your success.

At PESFC, our 6-8 week NFL Combine Training Program is designed specifically to enhance your performance during the physical and mental tests of the NFL Combine. This intensive performance sports training program replicates the tests and position-specific drills you will face during the Combine, while maximizing your potential to perform at a superior level.

Sports Performance Training

Our Sports Performance Training programs all focus on sport specific speed, power, and strength development, as well as injury prevention through increased mobility, stability, and muscle strength symmetry. The final component is a comprehensive meal and supplement plan customized to the athlete’s primary body composition and energy system goals.

Adult Fitness Training

With many different fads and watered down adult fitness programs available today, we decided to really concentrate on the specific goals of our trainees, to construct what we believe to be the most comprehensive, challenging, and scientifically complete training program available today. Whether you take personal 1:1 classes or opt for a 1:3 ratio, our programs are created for the busy adult who wishes to maintain a fully functional, healthy lifestyle. Our Adult Fitness training program pairs you with our elite training staff and is designed to take your overall strength, conditioning, body composition, and general feeling of well-being to a new level. Tactical Performance

The Tactical Performance program promotes task specific gains as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation. There are distinct tasks that must first be mastered in order to progress and excel in your given field. Training in an accurately programmed system that promotes task specific physical, technical, and tactical development, in addition to injury prevention and rehabilitation, is the most effective way to equip you with the skills and knowledge to compete as an elite member in your line of work.

Personal Training

For the client interested in a more personalized experience, we offer a limited number of slots for personal training with the trainer to client ratio ranging from 1:1 to 1:3 based on preference and availability. Personal Training is ideal for the professional athlete, corporate executive whose time is limited, or the client facing extreme goals and lifestyle changes.


With approximately 6,000 square feet of training space, Pacific Elite Sports Fitness Center features some of the industry’s leading technology and state of the art training equipment on the market today.

Our indoor field turf, outdoor field access for running and drill work, and our forthcoming rehabilitation/physical therapy area, allows PESFC to offer the complete package to the client interested in taking their training to the next level.
